Baja Ha-Ha XXVII

THE BAJA HA-HA SALUTES CRUISING EVERYWHERE IN MEXICO, INCLUDING BAHIA SANTA MARINA, 175 MILES NORTH OF CABO SAN LUCAS ON THE PACIFIC SIDE OF BAJA.

You might think of Baja as brown, and most of it is, most of the time.

But if there's been a late season hurricane, it can almost be as green as Ireland for a couple of days.
This thought just hit me. As the Grand Poobah, for the last four elections I announced the winner of the Presidential election over the Ha-Ha VHF net in Bahia Santa Maria.
In the Bush-Gore one, I could only announce that they still hadn't been a winner.
